          The Strangler fig is very beneficial to the animal life for its fruit that it bears throughout a year. The Strangler fig is also incredibly powerful since its roots can form a cage around other trees stealing its nutrients and sunlight from it and leaving it to die off with a hollow center.

Giant Rafflesia

              The giant rafflesia is a parasitic plant that steals water and nutrients from the roots of other plants to survive. This plant is active for only 4 days then dies into a brown blob that emits a bad odor.
